Registration details

To gain access to certain services on the Website you will need to register (free of charge). As part of the registration process, you will be given a username and password. You agree that the information supplied with your registration will be truthful, accurate and complete. You also agree that you will not attempt to register in the name of any other individual nor will you adopt any username with we deem to be offensive. Refunds and Cancellation

Please note UK Plant trades hold a non refundable and cancellation policy once you have created your advert please be sure of all information submitted.

Membership/Membership Options

We offer the following Membership options:
(1) Monthly Prepaid Membership;
(2) Annual Prepaid Membership;
(3) Quarterly Prepaid Membership (both annual, quarterly and monthly payment options).
Member “You” – whichever Membership Option that You have selected, You are a valid member so long as You pay the Membership Fees that are due and are paid on time and You adhere Terms and Conditions and facility and / or activity rules.Membership Fees On-going or upfront amounts payable for Membership. Where You join as a Monthly Prepaid Member You must pay by standing order agreement. All standing orders are expected on the first working day of the month, unless stated otherwise.
Memberships are a full binding rolling contract between Us and You and will automatically continue until You notify Us otherwise in writing 3 months before your membership is due to renew.
Failure to make any due payment will result in the Membership being suspended and further admission to all relevant facilities will be denied until all outstanding payments have been made. We retain the right to recover all outstanding balances including activity fees.
All Membership Option prices are reviewed from time to time and at least once per calendar year. If Your Membership Fees are paid by standing order and are changed We will notify You at least 10 working days in advance by email and/or by letter.

General

We reserve the right to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to a third party. If we exercise this right, we shall name the assignee or subcontractor on the Website and you will be entitled to terminate the account within 5 working days. You may not without our prior written consent assign or dispose of any rights or obligations arising under these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions of access together with our privacy policy contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the Website, and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements, statements and understandings, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either party.
